Fantasy Landlord

The idea of the game is that you are the Ex-Demon lord who had almost conquered the world but after losing to the hero and going to court for your misdeeds have been cursed to work as a landlord and to not be able to harm anyone physically so now you must hire your tenets or mercenaries to help you deal with clearing out areas you purchase so you can set up places to rent out as well as combat tenets and squatters who refuse to pay rent and leave.  The game will be a rogue lite management sim with map exploration similar to games like binding of Isaac

The goal of the game is to own all the tiles thusly taking over the world like you had originally planned when you were a demon lord, but without harming anyone directly yourself and in a legal manner.
